Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our growing Home Care team! We are hiring for our Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan regions.

As a new grad at Metro, you'll receive individualized mentorship, hands-on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You'll work in a supportive environment alongside skilled therapists, with a collaborative team that truly values your growth.

QualificationsOccupational Therapist Program GraduateLicensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.

Home health experience is preferred but not required

• We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.

Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territoryStrong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc.
