Remove coating from areas where not needed. ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Prepare/mask surfaces for sandblasting and coating per written procedures
• Remove masking and coating as per drawings or instructions
• Follow work schedule per the Coating Lead's instructions
• Inspect work while performing these processes to insure quality
• Operate sandblaster per instructions provided
• Prepare and package reflectance coatings per manufacturing procedures
• Inspect and package product for shipment to customer
• Accurately report time worked and completed via paperless system General Requirements (Education, Experience, Attributes of Successful Candidate)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor to deal with internal and external contacts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a multitask environment under deadlines. Must work independently and show initiative.
• Proven ability to meet challenges that lie beyond the current position description and learn to solve problems creatively.
• Actively Participate in Labsphere continuous improvement program.
• Maintain personal and common work space housekeeping at an acceptable level.
• Ability to effectively perform all of the above mentioned essential job functions. Additional Notes
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to working with caustic chemicals so PPE (personal protective equipment) is required which includes respirators, gowns, gloves, etc as needed.
• The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

$20.00 per hour
