Job Description
The beautiful Holiday Inn Roberts Centre is searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team! Our Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional guest service while completing accurate overnight financial reporting and maintaining the safety and security of the hotel and convention center during overnight hours. Position Summary The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, balancing daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing professional guest service. This position requires independent decision-making, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and guest accounts Complete nightly audit reports accurately and timely Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with company procedures Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns appropriately Monitor property activity and report safety or security concerns following company protocol Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic math and accounting skills Ability to operate computer systems and standard office equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be at least 18 years of agePreferred:
Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience Experience with hotel property management systems Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Ability to use a computer for extended periods Ability to work overnight hours The Holiday Inn at Roberts Conference Centre is managed by Columbus Hospitality Management , a company committed to providing quality service and memorable guest experiences in a positive and welcoming work environment.
