Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Audit / Front Desk Agent to join our team at Tolovana Inn . This vital role combines the responsibilities of guest services, hotel management, and night audit functions to ensure smooth operations during overnight hours. Duties Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight shifts, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and financial records while maintaining confidentiality. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service that enhances guest satisfaction. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and controlling access points. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to support operational transparency. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of guest services principles and hotel management systems. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus to enhance guest relations across diverse populations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices is desirable. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail.
