Key Responsibilities Complete nightly financial reconciliations and audit reports. Ensure smooth overnight hotel operations and maintain a secure environment. Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general inquiries. Prepare the hotel for the next business day, including reports and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor. Support Front Desk operations as needed during occasional 2nd shift coverage. What We're Looking For Overnight comfort — Someone comfortable working consistent overnight hours. Reliability & self-motivation — Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Detail-oriented mindset — Accuracy in financial tasks and guest documentation. Customer service skills — Professional, friendly, and able to assist guests confidently.
