  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor and Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will ensure our guests experience seamless service throughout the night.
In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while working in a vibrant resort setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage late-night check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience. Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access points to safeguard guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any irregularities encountered during the night shift. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette and managing reservation updates. Set up breakfast & keeping front area clean, sweep & mop Take care laundry & Organize carts Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations in a resort or hotel environment. Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems. Multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a professional attitude towards phone etiquette and guest interactions. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and alertness.
