Night shift - TEAM MEMBER

Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper sanitation throughout the shift Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Support team members in food preparation, stocking supplies, and maintaining the overall restaurant or café environment Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy night shifts Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, cash handling, and retail math Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in a restaurant, café, grocery store, or retail environment is beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting during night hours Join us as a Night Shift Team Member where your energy fuels our success!
