UNIT DEPLOYMENT
MANAGER, GS-0301-9, you will: Plans, organizes, and oversees all unit level deployment activities. Works closely with unit personnel to tailor packages as required to meet exercise and contingency deployment actions. Performs analysis activities. Analyzes the comb capability of unit through intensive evaluion of training, equipment stus, manning, and unit supervision. Submits reports which reflect the unit's ability to meet wartime mission requirements. Provides technical guidance and recommendions to senior leadership regarding unit deployment program. Ensures personnel and equipment readiness. Advises commander on the direction, management, and operion of all aspects of unit deployment capabilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience in technical work, which includes study, analysis or evaluion leading to the development or improvement of managerial or administrive policies, practices and procedures.
