Available Positions Budtenders Lead Budtenders Receptionists Hosts Delivery Drivers Inventory Associates What We're Looking For We're seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals who: Communicate clearly and professionally Deliver outstanding customer service Work well in a fast-paced team environment Are dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Are eager to learn about cannabis products and responsible consumption Help create a welcoming and inclusive experience for every customer Can follow company procedures and New Jersey cannabis regulations Are available for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous cannabis or retail experience is helpful, but it is not required for every position. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

Position Highlights Budtenders:

Help customers confidently select products while providing friendly, responsible, and knowledgeable service.

Lead Budtenders:

Support daily floor operations, guide the budtending team, solve customer concerns, and help maintain excellent service standards.

Receptionists:

Welcome customers, assist with check-in, verify required identification, answer questions, and create a professional first impression.

Hosts:

Keep the customer experience organized, comfortable, and inviting from arrival through checkout.

Delivery Drivers:

Provide professional, secure, and dependable customer deliveries while following all company and state requirements. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

Inventory Associates:

Help receive, organize, count, label, track, and maintain accurate product inventory while following compliance procedures. Why Join Pine Beach Operations?
