  • Family Medicine Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team.

Hackensack Meridian Health Primary Care — Little Egg Harbor, part of New Jersey's largest health network, has proudly served the Southern Ocean community for over 40 years. We offer flexible in-person and telehealth care for patients of all ages. Our comprehensive services include preventive care, same-day acute treatment, women's health, pediatrics, and personalized management for chronic conditions and mental health. With an on-site lab, nutritional counseling, and a dedicated care management team, we provide everything needed to support our patients' overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, comprehensive outpatient care to patients across our two office locations (Manahawkin and Little Egg Harbor). Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Collaborate effectively with our team of physicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Must hold an active and unencumbered New Jersey NP license (along with an active NJ RN license) OR an active New Jersey PA license . Strong clinical background with a desire to build lasting relationships with patients in an outpatient setting. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. New grads and experienced providers are welcome to apply!

COMPENSATION:
Minimum Starting Base Salary:
$120,000.00 Annually Hackensack Meridian Health Affiliated Primary Care

Levels of productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Skills :
Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
Geographic Location:
Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity:
Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
