Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9files. 23. Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible workers of position availability. 24. Review employment applications and employment requisitions to match applicants with job requirements. 25. Screens employment applications for completeness, obtains copy of state driver's license and other required information and refers applicants meeting specific job requirements to hiring personnel. 26. Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants. 27. Schedule or administer pre-employment drug/alcohol tests for prospective employees. 28. Required:
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence).
- Some college course work in Administrative Office Assistant, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a relative field of study.
- At least three (3) years of work experience in office administration, reception and customer service or a related field.
Preferred:
- An Associate's Degree in Administrative Office Assistant is preferred.
- Certificate in business, administrative services, or directly related discipline from a recognized accredited educational institution.
- One (1) year directly related work experience in human resources.

Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment (gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes) to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition. 4. Maintain vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order. 5. Identify and report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles to Supervisor. 6. Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to vehicles in a timely manner. 7. Load and unload trucks with product. 8. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned. 9. Verify and maintain the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers. 10. Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or scale tickets in accordance with regulations. 11. Read maps, and follow written and verbal geographic directions. 12. Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios. 13. Assemble and attach proper mounted equipment, bed, and trailer. 14. Ensure bed, loads, and trailers are properly secure and/or covered during route. 15. Conduct and maintain vehicle inspection and maintenance schedule and log. 16. Monitor recording instruments, or other indicators and watch for warning signals on vehicle or equipment, to verify conformity of equipment operation. 17. Operates equipment such as a 16-passenger van while obeying traffic laws, and following established traffic and transportation procedures. 2. Conducts control treatments such as spraying or dusting chemical solutions, powders, or gases to suppress rodent populations in and/or around crop fields. 3. Collect measurements of infested areas requiring treatment to calculate fumigation requirements. 4. Post warning signs to secure area to be fumigated. 5. Consistently uses proper application techniques. 6. Assist other team members with treatments or extermination processes. 7. Occasionally assists other departments with field assignments such as manual weed removal, field mapping, sample collections, load alfalfa bales, and grounds-keeping and facility maintenance which includes, but not limited to: shoveling, manual weed removal, trimming hedges and tree branches, raking, mowing grass, and hauling debris.
