Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and responsible Non-Commercial Driver's License Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will operate various types of vehicles—including shuttle buses, box trucks, limousines, and school buses—to safely transport passengers and goods across designated routes. Duties Safely operate a range of vehicles such as shuttle buses, limousines, school buses, and box trucks in accordance with traffic laws and company policies Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions professionally Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team Follow scheduled routes accurately while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when applicable, ensuring proper handling of goods Keep detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities Requirements Valid Non-Commercial Driver's License (NCDL) with a clean driving record Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or delivery roles with a focus on safety and customer service Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to operate various vehicle types including limousines, buses, box trucks, and school buses Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends or evenings as needed Prior experience in hospitality or transportation industries is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about driving safely while delivering outstanding service!
