- Position Overview This is a live-in position designed for someone who desires to be part of a faith-based family restoration and childcare support environment while also receiving personal and professional development opportunities.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations and growth of the childcare ministry
- Help create a safe, peaceful, organized, and nurturing environment for children and families
- Assist with childcare supervision and family support activities
- Help with scheduling, organization, household routines, and ministry coordination
- Support ministry events, family initiatives, and community-building activities
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness, structure, and operational organization within the home environment
- Help encourage healthy routines, stewardship, time management, and faith-centered living
- Support administrative tasks, communication, and program coordination as needed

- Is interested in entrepreneurship, ministry operations, holistic living, or childcare development
- Development Opportunities Available This position is intended to help support long-term life growth and stability. Opportunities available through the program may include:
- Professional development and mentorship

- Transitional life and leadership training
- Childcare and ministry operations experience
- Faith-based mentorship and community support
- Property ownership and financial literacy exposure
- Networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Preferred Background
- Childcare, ministry, nonprofit, hospitality, administration, or family support experience preferred
- Experience working with children is highly valued
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
$200.00- $250.
