Job Purpose The North America Case IH Public Relations role is responsible for strengthening the earned media presence of CNH's agricultural brands across the region. This position leads regional PR strategy, storytelling, media relations, and market coordination to ensure consistent, relevant, and high-impact communication aligned with global brand direction. Key Responsibilities 1) PR Strategy & Editorial Planning
  • Develop and execute the NA PR strategy, including editorial calendars, narrative priorities, and regional messaging.
  • Align all regional plans with global brand communications and product launch timelines. 2) Media Relations & Press Office Management
  • Establish and nurture direct relationships with Tier 1 agricultural trade media and mainstream outlets across NA where appropriate.
  • In cases where the local market manages direct relationships, this role is responsible for coaching and coordinating these media interactions through the respective market communications offices, ensuring consistent and effective engagement with all NA media partners.
  • Lead proactive pitching, interviews, feature placement, and spokesperson preparation.
  • Manage day-to-day press office operations and support local markets as needed. 3) Content Development
  • Write and edit press releases, op eds, Q&As, speeches, media kits, and messaging documents.
  • Translate technical and complex topics into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences. 4) Market Enablement & Governance
  • Coach market communication specialists and ensure timely local execution of global/regional go-to-market activities.
  • Ensure brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks are respected across markets.
  • Gather insights and best practices to strengthen regional consistency and effectiveness. 5) Integrated Campaigns & Events support
  • Partner with social, events, product marketing, and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns across paid/owned/earned/shared channels.
  • Coordinate and support media events, press conferences, fairs, and field demos. 6) Issues and Crisis Communications Readiness
  • Support alignment with global protocols for issues and crisis responses, ensuring consistent, accurate regional messaging. 7) Measurement & Insights
  • Monitor share of voice, media quality, message accuracy, and coverage across markets.
  • Produce dashboards and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in PR or communications within multinational or matrixed environments. Strong media relationships and experience securing impactful coverage in NA. Excellent writing, editing, and narrative development skills. Experience coordinating or coaching regional/local teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in agriculture, construction, industrial, or technical sectors. Experience organizing media events and press conferences. Familiarity with integrated communications across PR, digital, and social. Additional languages and an international background are an advantage Pay Transparency ​The annual salary for this role is $86,625 - $132,825 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
