Multi-speciality:

Direct services, workflow and resources for Emergency Department, ICU, Step-down, Cath lab, and Cardiac diagnostics Lead the recruitment, development, and mentorship of a high-performing specialty nursing team to drive superior patient outcomes and foster a culture of service excellence. Direct all clinical operations, including patient assessment and comprehensive care plan development, to ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Create clear, strategic departmental objectives that align with ethical and medical standards, actively removing operational obstacles to achieve key quality and financial targets. Manage the specialty area's financial health by preparing and monitoring operational budgets and optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency and integrity. Support seamless cross-functional partnerships with physicians, administrators, and organizational directors to streamline workflows and maximize the efficient use of critical staff and resources. Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
