Nurse Aesthetician (NP)

Nurse Aesthetician - (NP) Full-Time | Miami (2 days Coral Gables & 3 days Aventura) ROLE MedAesthetics Miami is looking for a full-time Nurse Aesthetician (Registered Nurse with Electrologists license) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our med spa team. This role is hands-on and client-facing, combining aesthetic treatments with patient education and consultative sales. You'll work directly with clients to deliver laser and aesthetic services, educate them on treatment options, and help them feel confident about their care. This position works across our Coral Gables and Aventura locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments in accordance with protocols Conduct RN/NP-level assessments to determine treatment eligibility and customize plans Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment notes, and consent forms Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, outcomes, and expectations Safely operate laser and aesthetic devices based on skin type and treatment goals Adjust settings and treatment plans to optimize results Monitor progress and recommend follow-up or complementary treatments Deliver a warm, professional, and confidence-building patient experience Actively listen to client goals and recommend appropriate services and packages Support revenue growth through ethical, patient-centered sales conversations Provide RN/NP-level clinical oversight when needed

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) plus Electrologist license or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Florida (required) Aesthetician or Full Specialist license for non-NP (required) Laser Hair Removal certification (preferred but required for RNs) 1-2+ years of experience in a med spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred Strong hands-on laser experience required Experience with patient consultations and treatment sales strongly preferred Confident, professional bedside manner Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and treatment plans Willingness to work across multiple locations Flexible schedule availability RESULTS (KPIs & EXPECTATIONS) Consistently meets or exceeds individual treatment and sales goals High client satisfaction and retention Accurate and compliant patient documentation Strong utilization of scheduled treatment hours Positive collaboration with management and support teams REWARDS (PAY & BENEFITS) Full-time position Competitive base pay + commission Employee discounts on treatments and products Paid time off 401(k) Growth and advancement opportunities within the practice Schedule & Location Full-time In-person Coral Gables & Aventura locations Day shifts required

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
