Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility to promote comfort and independence. Monitor patient conditions, report changes promptly to nursing staff, and document observations accurately in medical records and EMR. Assist with patient transfers and positioning using proper techniques to prevent injury and ensure safety. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols in inpatient, outpatient, sub-acute, and post-acute settings. We work with geriatrics and offer a medical position as well with nursing oversight. Participate in training sessions and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in trauma centers, medical-surgical units, outpatient clinics, and specialized care areas. Qualifications Prior experience in medical-surgical units, geriatrics, outpatient clinics, or post-acute care facilities is advantageous. Strong understanding of infection control practices and patient safety protocols across inpatient and outpatient settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams including teaching hospitals or sub-acute care environments. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. •Due to the dynamic nature of caring for live individuals, daily responsibilities will naturally adapt to meet each client's unique and evolving needs; therefore, this description highlights core expectations rather than an exhaustive list of all possible modes of care.•
