Serve as a relief nurse by performing telephone and clinical triage of pients to facilite care coordinion. Communice and assists health care providers with examinions and procedures. Assist with educing pients with such things as self-care and prevention measures. Consult and coordines with other multi-disciplinary care professionals, agencies, organizions and other ancillary support systems. Serve as a liaison between the pent and the health care professionals. This position has mandory seasonal influenza vaccinion requirements and is subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinions unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons (documention of exemption must be provided upon hire). Immunizion screening is required. Hepitis B immunizion is required for all positions with direct pient contact. Degree:

A gradue or higher level degree, bachelor's degree, associe degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educional program is required. This educion must have been accredited by the Commission on Collegie Nursing Educion, Council on Accredition of Nurse Anesthesia Educional Programs, Accredition Commission for Midwifery Educion, or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Educion the time the degree was obtained. Licensure :

A degree from a Foreign Nursing School. Official certificion from the Commission on Gradues of Foreign Nursing Schools is required for individuals who gradued from foreign nursing schools.
