More about our team The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, including supervision of nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and standards, and collaborating with leadership to optimize patient care delivery. How you'll contribute A Nurse Manager (RN) who excels in this role: Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit. Consult with staff, physicians, and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies. Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures. Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports. Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs. Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions. Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Information Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage staff performance, resolve issues, and foster team development What we're looking for
- RN license required Basic Life Support certification is required.
- ACLS and PALS are required.
