We are looking for a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Sicklerville, NJ. The role focuses on assessing, treating, and tracking complex wounds across multiple facility sites in the region. This is a full-time position with a flexible Monday

• Friday schedule.

Qualifications of the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ): Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license in New Jersey, in good standing Active DEA registration 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner Demonstrated experience in wound care management (wound care certification such as WOC, CWCN, or CWS strongly preferred) Reliable transportation for travel between facilities Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ): Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement wound care programs Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with complex wounds Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating debridement, advanced dressings, and adjunctive therapies Monitor wound healing progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Travel between facilities in the assigned region If you're a skilled and attentive Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ), we want YOU to apply!
