Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision Review imaging and diagnostic studies Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR Coordinate care with attorneys, case managers, imaging centers, therapy providers, and referring physicians Educate patients regarding treatment options and procedures Assist with telemedicine visits as needed Support interventional pain physicians with clinical workflow and patient management Qualifications Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner license DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical documentation skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, neurology, emergency medicine, or personal injury preferred, but willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive salary Bonus opportunities Health insurance Paid time off Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity for professional growth in a rapidly expanding specialty practice Schedule Monday-Friday No hospital call Combination of in-office and telemedicine responsibilities
