The Bolton Center for Wellness is proud to announce the launch of our aesthetics center in Central Massachusetts! This newest addition to our holistic health portfolio stays consistent with our never-ending mission to provide natural approaches for men and women who are looking for anti-aging regenerative treatments and are interested in harnessing the healing power of their own body to provide this rejuvenation! We are excited to announce our partnership with the Center for Advanced Rejuvenation and Esthetics! A team of like-minded, world-class experts in facial esthetics and leading researchers in platelet concentrates (PRP/PRF) and laser therapy to offer all-natural rejuvenation procedures to create beautiful, natural-looking results. We have recently completed our build-out and significant capital investment to ensure we give our providers the latest in technology and natural treatments to meet this mission! Building a premier medical spa from the ground up requires more than just clinical expertise, it requires a partner with a "founder's mindset". We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Nurse Practitioner who is as passionate about business growth and patient acquisition as they are about delivering world-class aesthetic results! As a key member of our startup team, you won't just be performing treatments; you will be the face of the brand, helping to establish our clinical protocols and drive our marketing engine!
Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for administering a wide range of professional medical aesthetic treatments, including lasers, injectables, body contouring, skin tightening, peels, and other services provided by the practice. A deep understanding of skin anatomy and extensive hands-on experience in all treatments and products are necessary. Candidates must demonstrate superior cleanliness and sanitation practices and are expected to undergo training in all treatment protocols. Effective communication skills and a commitment to learning about products and services are essential for achieving positive clinical outcomes. A professional, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude is required, ensuring that every client receives a respectful, detailed consultation and bespoke treatment plan. A current state license and compliance with ongoing continuing education are also mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive facial assessments and develop customized treatment plans. Administer aesthetic injectables (Neurotoxins, PRF). Operate advanced energy-based devices (Lasers, PRF Microneedling). Maintain meticulous medical records and ensure all clinical operations meet state regulatory standards. Have a strong understanding of the EMR and PM systems relevant to your role. Oversee the quality of patient photos, ensuring compliance with protocols. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all services, treatments, products, financing options, memberships, and loyalty programs, effectively communicating their value to patients. Promote at-home skincare regimens, achieving minimum retail sales goals of 20% of service revenue. Monitor and report monthly. Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as mandated by law and CARE Esthetics policies. Conduct prep work and maintain clean, well-stocked treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and organized. Communicate any staff or patient issues requiring management attention. Educate clients about the center's offerings and current promotions. Conduct detailed consultations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Provide immediate and accurate responses to patient requests, ensuring seamless communication with management regarding patient correspondence. Work independently while fostering a positive work environment. Maintain an upbeat attitude and contribute to a supportive and quality workplace. Actively participate in training sessions and staff meetings with enthusiasm. Assist with business and clinical operations as requested. Regularly communicate inventory needs and par levels to management. Promote innovation in practice by consistently discussing and implementing new ideas. Contribute to educational content through videos and blog posts. Attend at least one to two seminars or continuing education sessions annually.
Position Requirements:
Ability to conduct thorough patient consultations, building trust and rapport. Exceptional communication and listening abilities. Enthusiastic approach to customer service and patient care. Experience working with patients in aesthetic medicine with a focus on clinical outcomes. Competency in computer systems for timely patient charting. Team-oriented mindset, supporting management and business objectives.
Expectations:
Photo Submission Due by the 15th of each month (3-5 photos). If unable to submit, notify management with an explanation on the same day. Non-compliance will be addressed. Injectable photos submitted on the same day via phone or iPad. Inventory Management Report shortages or issues to management timely. Accurately complete logs and report lost cycles affecting inventory. Use supplies per facility protocols; discuss any deviation in advance. Complete superbills accurately prior to submitting for invoicing. Scheduling Maintain continuity of care; if needed, offer alternative providers if schedules conflict. Communicate scheduling needs effectively; don't assume management is aware. Follow procedures for requesting time off, providing at least two weeks' notice. Combination Therapy Use all modalities for optimal patient outcomes without regard for cost barriers. Continuing Education / Training Attend at least two relevant training events per year, providing a written summary of learnings. Treatment Room Maintenance Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies according to regulations. Staff Meetings Attend with a positive and involving attitude, ready to engage in discussions and share insights. Be receptive to discussions aimed at problem-solving and improvements. Treat meetings as learning opportunities, sharing best practices and successes. Present cases handled, learnings from courses or articles, and one positive aspect of the business as well as one area for improvement. Collaborate on future plans and agreements and meet with management mid-month to evaluate progress and goals. Goals Meet or exceed monthly targets for both service and retail sales. Engage in monthly reviews with management to assess revenue efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Communication Maintain a respectful and solutions-oriented approach in all interactions with colleagues and management. Support the team through constructive communication and collaboration. Content Creation:
Actively contributes to the practice's online presence by participating in social media posts, videos, and writing content for the blog. We have a team in place to edit and publish the content.
Community Networking:
Attend local events, mixers, and "Lunch & Learns" to introduce our services to the community.
Patient Prospecting:
Actively engage in referral-building and local partnerships (e.g., with local gyms, bridal boutiques, or salons).

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
