    Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant(PA)
  • Pain Management & Personal Injury (PI)
Clinic Location:
Houston, Texas Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, efficient Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant(PA) with experience in pain management and personal injury (PI) cases. This is a fast-paced, outpatient clinic focused on motor vehicle collision (MVC) and musculoskeletal injury patients. The ideal candidate will focus on patient care with excellent bedside manner and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage PI and pain patient flow with efficiency and clinical accuracy
  • Perform thorough evaluations of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries
  • Develop and execute treatment plans for MVC and other personal injury cases
  • Maintain defensible, detail-oriented documentation suitable for PI and legal review
  • Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies (MRI, X-ray, EMG as indicated)
  • Order procedures (trigger point injections, joint injections, epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations.
  • Coordinate care with PT, imaging centers, neurosurgery and referring providers to maintain treatment momentum
  • Support clinic throughput goals while maintaining appropriate clinical standards
  • Collaborate with on site interventional pain physcian
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (unrestricted)
  • Active Physician Assistant license(unresistricted)
  • Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP)
  • Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, urgent care, or PI-focused practice strongly preferred. If no experience strong willingness to learn from interventional pain physician.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high patient volume efficiently
  • Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior work in personal injury (MVC cases) or medico-legal environments
  • Experience with interventional pain procedures (or strong willingness to train)
  • Familiarity with clinic throughput optimization and PI billing structures
  • Experience in multidisciplinary pain clinics or injury-based practices
Compensation & Structure:
  • Extremely competitive base salary(140k+ with productivity ability to exceed the 200k+ range) or hourly whatever preferred
  • Flexibility on days worked both full time or part time availability
