Nurse Practitioner Large, primary care office Full-Time Exempt $90,000 - $130,000 annually

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities :

Provide and coordinate health care services to patients and their families Promote maintenance of health, prevention of illness and stability Provide care during acute and chronic phases of illness Guide and counsel individuals and families Referral patients to other health care providers as appropriate Record and update patient EMR in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards and procedures

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
