Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans. The NP or PA will collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to patients across the life span, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Perform physical exams and interpret medical histories Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with applicable laws and protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families about disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
