The Machine Operator role in Orwigsburg is critical to ensuring the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing equipment within our production facility. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery or in a similar industrial role. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in machine operation or industrial maintenance. Experience with CNC or automated machinery. Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or manuals. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate various types of manufacturing machinery according to standard operating procedures. Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production cycle, making adjustments as necessary. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
