Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Post-Acute Care - Flexible Part-Time Southeast Superior Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Tifton, GA area. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule, strong physician support, and a high level of autonomy within a growing regional medical group.

Position Details Part-time:

2-3 days weekly Weekday rounding Flexible scheduling Skilled nursing and assisted living facility setting Physician support readily available Compensation Expected compensation ranges from approximately $60,000-$110,000 annually equivalent , depending on schedule commitment, productivity, and participation in overnight call coverage.
