This role includes a strong focus on Women's Health , and candidates must have prior experience providing women's health services within a primary care, family medicine, OB/GYN, or community health setting. Quality improvement initiatives Collaborative care planning Clinical protocol development Team-based healthcare innovation What You'll Do As an Advanced Practice Provider at GSCH, you will: Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Deliver women's health services within an outpatient primary care setting Perform preventive health exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Coordinate care and referrals with internal and external providers Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Document patient care accurately within the EHR system Participate in provider meetings, quality initiatives, and clinical collaboration activities Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and respect ✅

Minimum Qualifications APRN Candidates Must Have:

Current NH RN and APRN licensure Board Certification through ANCC and/or AANP Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner required Women's Health experience required Current DEA registration Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)

PA Candidates Must Have:
