Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the crucial liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to help with a successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Qualifications:

Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred. Two years of recent experience (within the past 5 years in an inpatient setting. Previous leadership role w you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction and having accountability for patients and staff results

Compensation Range:

$35.02 - $62.26 per hour DOE

Pay Details:
