BSN Nursing Faculty Are you a master's prepared nurse with a passion for educating the next generation of nurses? College of Saint Mary is seeking dedicated team members to join our exceptional nursing faculty. This anticipated, full-time position teaches 24 credit hours per academic year (August through May) within the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, in a student-centered, mission-driven environment. The position begins in August 2026.

Our Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who:

• Is an innovative, collaborative educator who wants to join an excellent faculty dedicated to nursing education in a student-centered environment.
• Has interest and experience teaching fundamentals and medical-surgical nursing, and the flexibility to meet program needs.

Our Ideal Candidate's Education and Experience:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or current enrollment in an MSN program is required.
• Current, unencumbered Nebraska nursing license.
• Commitment to pursuing a doctoral degree.
• Experience in adult medical-surgical nursing.

Responsibilities for

This Position Include:

• Teaching 30 credit hours per academic year, including clinical and classroom experiences.
• Supervise adjunct clinical instructors as needed.
• Support student recruitment, provide academic advising, and serve on departmental/university committees.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 office hours per week and be accessible to students.
