About Us:
We are a warm, play-focused family welcoming our infant into a calm, intentional home in Maple Grove. Both parents work from home full-time, so our nannie will often share the space with us nearby. We have set up our home to keep work and childcare separate (we will be working upstairs while you're on the main level), and we are committed to giving our nannie the space she needs to lead the day. We are structured by nature and believe in consistent routines, and we also deeply value creativity, open communication, and a nannie who feels comfortable bringing her own ideas to the table. We celebrate the magic of childhood in our home and look forward to sharing that with the right person.
Note :
We are expecting to transition into a nanny share with a close family friend (and neighbor) around September 2026. More info coming soon
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced infant caregiver who is warm, patient, and deeply attuned to the needs of a very young baby. You are calm and slow to anger by nature, honest and transparent with parents, and confident enough to take initiative while respecting the routines and preferences this family has set. You bring your own ideas and creativity to the role, but you check in rather than freelance. You understand that trust is built over time and you are comfortable growing alongside our family. You communicate proactively, handle feedback with grace, and genuinely want to feel like part of the family, while still maintaining a professional, respectful relationship built on clear boundaries and open dialogue.
