About The Role As a Senior Manager or Manager, Central Strategy & Operations, you will act as an internal consultant and operator, diving into the highest‑priority opportunities across the company. You will own analyses, frame problems, and drive cross‑functional projects that unlock new revenue streams and operational efficiencies. High performers will graduate to lead a specific business unit or function within 18-36 months. Key Responsibilities Strategic Problem‑Solving
- Structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations. Experimentation & Analytics
- Design experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize product‑market fit and unit economics. Project Management
- Drive cross‑functional workstreams from concept through launch. Operational Excellence
- Design and implement processes, dashboards and KPIs that improve efficiency and scalability of new initiatives.
Requirements Experience:
3-9 years in a growth-stage startup, top‑tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or structured general‑management/rotational program (e.g., Amazon, Uber, DoorDash).
Analytical Rigor:
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; comfort building financial and operational models from scratch and translating data into actionable business insights.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, biases toward action, and relentlessly seeks improvement.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive‑ready insights.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives on aggressive timelines.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field Passion for

Compensation Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $140K
Final compensation and title will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we're considering multiple levels for this role.
