Job Description

Now hiring for Oakham day school for a 3 year old! Teach Us ABA is currently seeking self-motivated individuals that want to support and foster independence for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our Behavioral Technicians/RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, community or center. Within this role you will be implementing programs based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills, fine and gross motor skills and more!

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Implementation of ABA programing and behavior intervention plans under direction of BCBA. Collect data and complete short summaries about the therapy session on an online platform. Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients and their families. Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with BCBA, families, and additional team members to support the needs of the client. Provide support and coaching to parents and caregivers. Ability to provide 1:1 support in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. Physical requirements may vary with each client. Candidates must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time. Must be able to provide therapy across multiple settings (home/community/center). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check.

Part-time Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
