This role supports our providers by performing a wide range of occupational health services, including drug and alcohol testing, patient triage, and administrative tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly. Experience is highly preferred but not required —we are willing to train the right candidate with strong professionalism and a willingness to learn. Duties Drug & Alcohol Testing Perform urine drug screen collections (rapid and lab send‑out) Conduct DOT-compliant drug screen collections Perform breath alcohol testing (BAT) Complete hair follicle and oral fluid collections Ensure proper chain‑of‑custody documentation Maintain testing accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality Clinical Support Triage patients for occupational health visits Collect and document vital signs (BP, HR, RR, temperature, SpO₂, height/weight) Assist with physical exam workflows (pre‑employment, DOT, fit‑for‑duty, etc.) Support providers during injury care visits Provide clear, professional patient communication Administrative & Operational Duties Data entry and EMR documentation Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling or patient questions Maintain clinic inventory and restock supplies Support daily clinic flow and task management Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards in all interactions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Skills Skilled in venipuncture, injection administration and vital signs monitoring. Ability to perform physical examinations with precision while maintaining patient comfort and safety. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocol. Previous medical or occupational health experience preferred, but not required.
