Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Occupational Therapist at 33 Health, you will: Provide rehabilitative services to senior patients based on specific medical orders in coordination with our interdisciplinary team. Develop and implement treatment programs, assess progress, and adjust care plans as necessary. Adhere to state practice guidelines and maintain productivity standards for patient care. Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient documentation using our efficient systems. Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of our facility and patients.

What You'll Need:
