Pastry Worker

Pastry Production Team Member - Wholesale Bakery We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pastry Production Team Member to join our wholesale bakery operation. This is a fast-paced production environment focused on high-volume output and consistent product quality. Our team is responsible for producing a variety of pastries from scratch, including danishes, muffins, breakfast loaves, and brownies, for distribution to a wide range of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce pastry items from scratch following standardized recipes and production schedules. Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and delivery timelines. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols as required in a commercial production environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a professional bakery or food production setting is preferred. Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and with precision in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits available to full-time employees after a waiting period.
