Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals Monitor and document patient progress clearly and accurately Foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere with patients, coworkers, and providers
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current North Carolina PTA licensure (or eligibility) Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply Computer literacy required for documentation and patient records Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
