Occupational Therapist, Full Time

At La Bella of Edwardsville we believe independence and quality of life are built through the ability to perform meaningful daily activities with confidence. Our dedicated, in-house therapy team works together to help residents regain function, restore independence, and engage fully in the activities that matter most to them. We are currently seeking Full-Time and PRN Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our compassionate care team. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve their ability to perform daily tasks and live with greater independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluating residents' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and identifying functional limitations. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve strength, coordination, and independence. Training residents in adaptive techniques and use of assistive equipment. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, resident-centered care. Educating residents, families, and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress and safety.

Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pay:

$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
