Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Recent experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting is highly valued Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology integration Strong ability to communicate with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide engaging therapeutic interventions both onsite and via teletherapy Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services rendered Deliver in-services or workshops for school staff when needed Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse learning needs This contract role brings you the chance to shape young lives while growing your professional skills in a supportive and innovative setting.
