OTR/L Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive in-home OT evaluations to assess functionality and safety Develop personalized treatment plans focused on independence and improved daily living Administer hands-on therapy interventions to enhance motor skills, coordination, and ADLs Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications Support clients in reaching their highest level of functional performance Document care accurately using EMR and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members Occupational Therapist |

OTR/L Qualifications:
