Our Helotes clinic has expanded in square footage and we are seeking passionate pediatric OTs to join our energetic team. Both part time and full time opportunities available! You will plan occupational therapy rehabilitative programs and interventions to improve patient quality of life and independence, as well as work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the growth and development of San Antonio's newest outpatient pediatric therapy clinic.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement occupational therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation in a fun, innovative and friendly style Facilitate age appropriate fine motor skills, gross motor skills, coordination, bilateral integration, visual motor skills, self-help skills, sensory processing skills, and more Facilitate individualized and group therapy sessions Work directly with patients and patient families to achieve patient's maximum potential Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress to parents, team members and other medical professionals Record and document patient care services in a timely manner Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care Benefits for

Qualifications:

Previous experience in occupational therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field preferred but not required (training and mentorship opportunities available) New graduates are invited to apply Minimum of Master's Degree from an accredited university Current Texas State Therapist Licensure Current CPR Certification Ability to handle physical workload (part time or full time) Exemplary professionalism, communication skills, and willingness to learn Ability to build positive and supportive rapport with patients and patient families Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills Positive and uplifting personality
