Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Adaptable and solution-focused, with a commitment to supporting diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
Provide targeted occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 plans Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and set measurable goals for student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies across educational settings Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your expertise to ensure holistic student support Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
