Key Qualifications & Skills:

Valid and current OT state licensure required Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services Background in home health, teletherapy, or diverse healthcare environments a plus Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Dedication to providing individualized, evidence-based interventions in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students on-site Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district policies Participate in IEP meetings, goal planning, and ongoing student assessments
