Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity working with a dedicated middle school caseload in a vibrant educational setting near Levittown, PA. This full-time position spans from August 24, 2026, to June 11, 2027, and offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek—all within a single, supportive school building. You'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys while enjoying a steady, structured schedule.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain) Expertise in school-based OT, home health OT, and healthcare-related OT settings Prior experience with middle school-aged students is highly valued Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to middle school students, supporting IEP goals and promoting student independence Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state and district standards Participate in IEP meetings, sharing progress, and collaborating on strategies for success Serve as a resource for staff and families about best practices in school-based therapy interventions
