Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services within supportive school environments serving students from grades 1 through 9. Bring your expertise to help students grow and succeed, whether they need direct support or consultation, through a blend of emotional and autistic support programs. You will work collaboratively with educators and other professionals while enjoying flexibility in your schedule. Your role will span two local school campuses, each offering unique caseloads and the chance to make a direct impact. At one site, serve a small caseload (only two students—one for weekly direct sessions, the other for monthly consultation) focusing on both emotional and autistic support, primarily with grades 4 to 8. At the other location, engage with a larger but manageable group of 14 students in grades 1-9, providing both direct therapy and consultative services as recommended for their individual needs. Schedules are arranged in alignment with school days, each consisting of approximately six hours, with days per week to be determined for optimal work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid OT license for the state of Pennsylvania Experience in school-based, emotional support, or autistic support settings preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills New graduates welcome, but supervision is not available
