Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls Greet customers and assist with inquiries Data entry and record keeping Filing and maintaining organized documents Assisting with billing, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks Supporting management and staff with administrative duties Assisting with Scale Operations Answering emails
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Previous office experience preferred but not required Previous QuickBooks Experience Previous office experience preferred but not required
Position Details:
Full-time position Pay based on experience Benefits include Health, Dental, and Vision insurance IRA with company match
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
