Key responsibilities include answering phones/emails, managing calendars, filing, data entry, processing invoices, inventory control, and welcoming visitors. They maintain organized digital and physical systems and often coordinate office events.Administrative Duties & Responsibilities Communications Management:
Acting as the central contact point by answering phones, routing calls, managing correspondence, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.Scheduling and Meetings:
Coordinating calendars, booking meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.Document and Data Management:
Handling data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and updating company databases.Office Supplies and Equipment:
Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and arranging repairs for office equipment.Visitor Services:
Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional front-office environment.Office Procedures and Support:
assisting with onboarding staff, preparing reports, and implementing office procedures.Key Skills Required Organizational Skills:
