Job Description

Ensuring smooth workplace operations by managing daily tasks, communication, and scheduling. Key responsibilities include answering phones/emails, managing calendars, filing, data entry, processing invoices, inventory control, and welcoming visitors. They maintain organized digital and physical systems and often coordinate office events.
Administrative Duties & Responsibilities Communications Management:
Acting as the central contact point by answering phones, routing calls, managing correspondence, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
Scheduling and Meetings:
Coordinating calendars, booking meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
Document and Data Management:
Handling data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and updating company databases.
Office Supplies and Equipment:
Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and arranging repairs for office equipment.
Visitor Services:
Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional front-office environment.
Office Procedures and Support:
assisting with onboarding staff, preparing reports, and implementing office procedures.
Key Skills Required Organizational Skills:
Handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of software like Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel Skills.
Customer Service:
Maintain a professional demeanor for clients and staff. Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
