Responsibilities Oversee office management duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries to ensure accurate financial records. Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies inventory. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally both in person and via email or phone. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly. Experience Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar). Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities in a professional setting. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Prior clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer service roles preferred. Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
