You will be responsible for greeting new clients, answering phones, processing registration renewals, title transfers and customer service. Office experience is required. We will train to perform these duties. Bilingual in the spanish language is required.

Responsibilities:

Processing Vehicle registration renewals Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through networking techniques Transferring vehicle title transfers Processing vehicle new plates and new tags Renew and transfer vehicle titles

Qualifications:

Previous experience in, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Must speak fluent Spanish Salary will be discussed at interview Office experience is required
